synchronization of the human, physical and financial resources of a particular company (Organizing function of management). To successfully organize, a manager identifies activities that need to be performed and completed,
departmentally organizes the activities, classifies, or delineates, the authority, and then coordinates authority and responsibility to achieve the organizations goals (Organizing function of management).
In this paper, the writer has been asked to evaluate the organization function of management as it pertains to Boeing Co. As Boeing Co., as a whole, is
a rather large organization, for purposes of this paper, well focus on Boeing Commercial Airplanes, which is one of the two core businesses of Boeing Co. (Daniels, 2010). Boeing Commercial
