of the first decisions made by any manufacturer is the quality of a locations infrastructure. By "infrastructure" we mean everything from roads, rail-serve and airports to utilities. If the roads
are poor, Bit Technologies wont be able to transport its completed product efficiently. Furthermore, getting raw materials into the factory would be very costly as well.
Furthermore, manufacturers generally need more power as well - it can cost a great deal of money to bring power to a plant. If a particular
