for one thing, helps increase productivity (IVCi, 2005). Because the technology under which videoconferencing works these days has improved to the extent it has, its easy to share different types
of information, thereby helping parties in different cities come to easier and faster decisions (IVCi, 2005). With videoconferencing, for example, computers can share information in real time while the "talking
heads" on the screen meet. In addition, PowerPoint presentations can also be shared across videoconferencing distances. Videoconferencing saves money, as well
as increases productivity (IVCi, 2005). This is an obvious benefit; in that videoconferencing saves companies substantial money because of substantial reduction in travel (IVCi, 2005). Many employees today are concerned
with both time related and security issues when it comes to traveling (IVCi, 2005). Videoconferencing works to help eliminate such concerns, as travel isnt necessary, and conferencing can take place
