Employees believe they have been stripped of their creative input yet required to do more work, while management claims the move to sophisticated information systems has helped automate otherwise costly tasks and bring the company into the twenty-first century. In this day and age of technological advancement, companies can no longer rely upon the antiquated methods of conducting business. To be sure, the fast growth of computerization
has proven significantly effective for business strategies that strive to meet the needs of the companys clientele. Audio Visual Corporation is one such company that has found great success
in the marketing of a variety of products and ideas; however, the business was ready for a new way of computing that would cut down on extra time and money
the company did not need to be spending. In order to eliminate these wasted resources, Audio Visual Corporation purchased an MIS that, in theory, would solve many internal problems,
while at the same time better meet the demands of a steadily growing corporation. Inasmuch as Audio Visual Corporation is a relatively small organization when compared with other mega corporations,
it still requires the necessary operating tools that companies four times its size utilize. For this business to continue thriving in the manner to which it has become accustomed,
