In October 2000, I was working part-time as a software (usability) tester at my uncle Franks office. The company was a software development company and my job
was to run through the screens and test each button and feature on the primary and secondary windows to make sure the calls called up the appropriate window or feature
(according to a usability test plan). Just after lunch, I went into Microsoft Outlook to check my email, and as I watched,
my inbox starting filling up with emails, line after line, as if I were running a command and the program was writing to the screen. However, all of the subjects
in the emails were exactly the same. Additionally, the emails were coming from software developers in the office, five emails in a row with the same subject from each developer
at a time. I commented out loud, something like, "Hey, whats going on?" and heard other people in the office expressing the same
sentiment. When I stood up and looked over the cubicle, others were standing up too, and then the project manager ran past my desk to the computer room. A few
