upon graduation s/he relocated and accepted employment with another company in the same industry, Cheap Cups, Inc. While in the employ of Cheap
Cups, Inc., M. Partridge has used Farber Corp.s customer list as part of a marketing effort for a product that directly competes with one of Farber Corp.s product lines, thereby
