(Robertson, Zachary & Black, 1990). Why is this important? People no longer simply use machines occasionally. It is a part of daily life. Machines are used constantly to send
email, write reports, fax information or even to speak to someone through a transmitter such as a cell phone. On an episode of the old Twilight Zone series, a
man is happy to be the only survivor in the world. He plans to read books in peace and quiet. That is, until his glasses break. Of course, people do
not think of technology as being in the form of glasses alone when it comes to eyesight. In todays day and age, broken glasses does not mean that one must
stop reading. People can listen to a book on tape or use a magnified electronic version of the material. Things have changed since the book was a center of the
knowledge world. Today, people do interact with machines. It is a part of ordinary human existence. This is true for people in general, but particularly applicable in the business world.

the use of technology to help the group, something that is done with the use of network or computer technologies (Bidgoli, 2004). Computers facilitate interaction between different individuals, largely done
through groupware. Some might wonder why old-fashioned techniques have been abandoned. When it comes to computer-human interaction, it is important to understand that human beings do not have brains that
are wired to multitask (Bidgoli, 2004). The computers fill the gap in respect to what human beings are not cut out to do. Usability however becomes a key issue. Web
