a non-experimental, quantitative study that provides an overview of subject responses to dimensions of diversity and to diversity training. Questionnaires and interviews conducted are the basis for this study.
The authors conclusions regarding the purpose of this study are that there is a lack of a dialogue regarding diversity in the workforce and a seeming disconnection between
management roles and diversity training. Statement of Problem The authors position in this study is that there are distinct variations in the attitudes towards diversity programming
when compared to the nature of these programs. In particular, the author considers the beliefs of workers in a programming focus group, as well as the perspectives of middle
