The nursing staff at the facility consists of a group of both men and women who bring widely varying educational and experiential backgrounds to their jobs. At
this facility, the nursing staff consists of a mix of positions and training as illustrated in the following table. Table 1.

and so bring to the group experience not only from the job but also from life. All have been trained in health care to some degree; the fact that
they are working in the field now indicates that they understand the concepts and were successful in completing the ranges of study required to attain the licensing level each holds.
Hospitality aides are not licensed individuals and may or may not have any specific training in technical procedures on the order of the facilitys LPNs and RNs. All,
however, have received and successfully completed training in basic operations including approaches to infection control in a communal setting and long term care facility.
