Essay / Research Paper Abstract
A 3 page paper discussing a manufacturer’s dilemma in employee motivation. ABC needs to ask employees what they want, ask for suggestions in achieving that and implement programs that contribute to building a sense of community, both within ABC and in the physical community in which it operates.
