share for a while after a new CEO identified the target market and the resources and abilities of the company in order to fund a good fit. The company entered
a cycle of different strategies where none had the time to work and each developed different forms of competitive advantage, but did not make any major headway. It was only
after Steve Jobs returned as the position of CEO and risks were taken once again that the company started to turn a corner, but this time Jobs was more mature
and the way differentiation was created and retained was more sophisticated and looked to the long term future as well as short term gains. Currently the company is doing well,
