This anxiety begins to rouse the body and mind into some form of action, readying the person to face up to whatever situation is threatening them.
Anxiety can also aid a person to study harder for an examination or when making a speech keeping them alert, in general anxiety helps a person cope with any situation
that should arise (Anonymous, 2001). However, if the person has an anxiety disorder, where anxiety can normally help in situations this disorder will
have the opposite effect and cause negative instead of positive actions and responses, such as prevention and disruption in the daily routine. There are several forms of anxiety disorders each
one has its own unique feature (Anonymous 2001). These disorders may make a person feel anxious for the majority of the time for
no apparent reason or explanation, possibly giving anxious feelings that may be uncomfortable that they need to avoid them and by dosing so they change their everyday activities, in some
cases there may bouts of anxiety that lead to intense periods of the person being terrified or immobilised (Anonymous, 2001, Long, 1999). Anxiety
disorders are classified as illnesses, causing people to be frightened and becoming apprehensive for no apparent reason. The conditions will often be related to the psychological and biological formatting of
