linked to an individuals self-perception. In conjunction, this case study also relates the anecdotal evidence of depression and anxiety to psychosocial functioning. As a result, this information can

The concept of anxiety can be best understood by recognizing the role of the professional and the emerging views of caring in response to individual stressors.
Further, anxiety should be defined in terms of both physical and psychological views, which clearly differentiate anxiety relative to particular precedents and antecedents. Medical definitions of anxiety suggest
that anxiety is both a physiological and psychological response to stressors. Generally, anxiety is considered a negative emotional response marked by apprehension, worry, and a feeling of tension (Schneidman
