take. Discussion It seemed logical to begin a search for references by using this prompt: "Afghanistan development" + "Millennium Development goals" to see
if this combination existed. It does, and provided over 700 returns. What appears to be the most useful (and probably the most authoritative) comes from the United Nations itself. However,
since a bibliography is alphabetical, the United Nations entry is the third on the list. The bibliography begins with a web site that considers motivational theories.
We have to determine which motivational approach seems most logical to use in light of the problem under discussion, and here Maslows theory seems the most useful,
perhaps because it is simple, understandable and has been proven over time to be universally applicable. Abraham Maslows work is well-known, and simply put, says that we cannot concentrate on
