intake compare with the recommendation of the CNPP? My protein intake was 72, 23 percent higher than the recommended amount of 56. b. If
your recorded protein intake was too high or too low, which foods might you change to achieve your goal and keep other nutrients in balance?
My intake included nuts, which are high in protein. I could eliminate the nuts, which would have the added benefit of eliminating the fat contained within them
as well. Eliminating nuts - or using them as a primary source of protein occasionally - would decrease my protein intake as well as reduce total fat.
