Successful People Think by Maxwell What is the book about and what is the history of the author? This book, according to the
title, is about how people who are successful think, which indicates it is a book that will help the reader of the work understand how people who are successful may
well be successful because of their thinking. It is, on one hand, a book that deals with leadership and thinking in the world of business, but also a book that
deals with success on a personal level as well. The author has written three different works, in addition to this one, that essentially appear to deal with different variations of
success. They are The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, Developing the Leader Within You, and The 21 Indispensable Qualities of a Leader. He is a speaker who is also "the
founder of EQUIP, a non-profit organization that has trained more than 5 million leaders in 126 countries worldwide" (Maxwell [1]). In essence, he is well respected in the world of
business and leadership and as such one can well assume that this particular book has a lot of value. What is the
