my brothers that would honestly be enjoyed and used. I have always loved that part of Christmas, trying to really personalize whatever I purchase, thinking of the individual and who
they are and what they love. So, after much searching I had found some perfect gifts for my brothers and had ordered them from a local catalog outlet store, Sears.
I was anxiously awaiting the arrival of the presents, hoping they would be just perfect for my brothers. Every day I hoped that the call would come in that the
packages had arrived. In addition to enjoying giving presents, I have always loved getting packages too! Well after a week or so I finally got a call saying that my
order was in. I went to the store, walked in and went to the back of the store where the catalog desk was housed. When I got to the desk
I told them my name and said that I had received a call that my package was in. The woman looked around in the back, looked at records, and
then informed me that there was no package for me. I was confused. I assumed something must have gone wrong somewhere and thanked the woman and left. I am not
an individual who gets angry at people and as such was not going to simply assume the woman was wrong and begin yelling and insisting that I was right. I
simply thought something went wrong. The next day I got another call telling me my order was in. Once again I went to the store, walking to the back
where the desk was and where the shipments are housed. I told the woman, a different woman this time, that I had received a call that my package had arrived.
