offerings, baked goods and their meat and seafood department. Each part of the site includes a picture to represent the appropriate department. For example, if one clicks on "Cheese &
Dairy," a picture will appear with a number of cheese products. While there is a suitable picture, it is also generic. In other words, there is nothing special about the
photograph other than it serves to signify the page that the consumer is viewing. A better picture would be one that displays the Kudler cheese department so the consumer can
see what it looks like. For each description, there is some detailed information, but by and large, the information is very general. When looking at the "Cheese & Dairy" page
again, the explanation is that the store carries fine dairy products and this includes organic milk and Irish butter. While the state of the description is general, the description does
go on to become more specific. Each of the pages is largely the same in terms of content and design. The pages all contain black backgrounds and a mauve interior
block that contains the appropriate description. A logo appears at the top of each page against the black backdrop and is quite appealing. It is oval and in the
interior is contained in large script lettering the word Kudler. Underneath in small block print is the rest: Fine Foods. Around the circle that includes the name of the store
is the tag line: "Shopping the world for the finest foods." To the left of each page is general information about the store. Hours are clearly displayed and there are
