they may be seen as having a number of commonalities. The key concepts in school of these models is the aspect of reflection, To consider the commonalities the first
stage is to define what is meant by reflection. Fitzgerald (1994), defines reflection as "the retrospective contemplation of practice undertaken in order to uncover the knowledge used in practical situations,
analyzing and interpreting the information recalled" (p.67). This is the approach often used in training of nursing, and other stuff, although it should be noted that this definition is based
on the concept of reflection on action, there is also the ability for this to be utilized by an experienced practitioners to undertake reflection in action, where the process is
combined with actions that are being undertaken, a more immediate impact application of reflective learning (Greenwood, 1993). Undertaking reflection on action facilitates the later practice of reflection in action (Greenwood,
1993). There are a number of models which facilitate reflection, either in retrospect which is suited to a wide variety of situations and is most commonly used in education,
as well as the way in which may take place during actions. The most commonly utilize model is that of Gibbs Framework for Reflection. This model has six stages which
can be followed in a logical manner, and facilitate is used for the writing of reports as well as self examination and development. The first stage is a description of
