"fragile nature of individual freedom and democracy" (Chess 259). However, since the Constitutions inception, there have been some questionable applications of subsequent amendments which were put in place as
a means by which to protect citizens, yet are being employed instead to seemingly twist the original meaning. Such is the case with accused criminals and the Fourth, Fifth
and Sixth Amendments, which are readily and routinely enforced with the help of the exclusionary rule. Key to realizing the fact that America
