that the Latina teen birth rate is at a higher level than any other ethnic group in the country (Katz, 2011). The rate of teen pregnancy is directly related to
the degree in which adolescents indulge in risky sexual behaviors. The rate of contraceptive use has declined among sexually active adolescent women overall and experts feel that is probably the
