interest in this area of business financial systems which has lead to my desire to contribute to the development of financial sectors in Saudi Arabia, my home country. For
the past year and a half, I have worked for the Capital Market Authority of Saudi Arabia (CMA) and have recognized the need for informed, enthusiastic and complex technical and
business minds to support the achievement of lasting performance improvements for the business sector of this country. I believe that my role in research and planning at the Capital Market
Authority of Saudi Arabia (CMA) has given me a basis for understanding the need for change and the nature of technical and fundamental changes in business operations. My
personal and professional experiences at the CMA have led me to believe that my choice of career is a good choice and that I can make a significant difference in
the business operations for the financial sector of Saudi Arabia. Perhaps one of the single most important reasons why I recognize that my career choices have been good ones
is that I maintain an interest in what I am doing and I enjoy my work. CMA business leaders and colleagues have described me as an active and hardworking
person, who greets new challenges with great enthusiasm. Though ambition often fuels positive change, I believe that ambition without passion for the job can lead to the weighing of
self-interest over effective business choices. I have demonstrated time and time again that I have the capacity to achieve when others believe I cannot, fueled primarily because of my
