achieve some of my central career goals. First, I would like to gain experience with diverse populations by working in a public service agency. Second, I would like
to expand my understanding of advocacy and develop myself as an agency-based advocate. Finally, I believe I have the skills and experience to pursue a career as a case
manager and supervisor of other case workers in a public service agency. All of these career goals are stepping stones for what I believe will be my final career
"destination," to become a licensed clinical social worker and provide direct counseling services for at-risk populations. I am a 38 year old former educator and have had considerable experience in
the fields of education and social services. In my home country of Bangladesh, I have been a leader in a variety of service agencies and have demonstrated my capacity
for leadership, social activism and in providing a compassionate response to the needs of diverse populations. Academic achievement has always been in the forefront of my personal
