Walk-In For Health Clinic Corporation is introducing a centralized web-based database to be used by all our administrative and clinical staff across the nation. This database is the Clinic
Activity Reporter (CAR) developed by Medical Software Inc. The database will be monitored at a regional level as well as in the national office for all of our clinics
for the specific purpose of managing and tracking information regarding clinic activities surrounding the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) and vaccine. ABC Walk-In For Health Clinic Corporation has made it
our mission to insure that as many young girls as possible benefit from this life saving vaccine and CAR will help us generate and manage the information that can make
this happen. There is, of course, considerable controversy surrounding HPV. The disease is sexually transmitted and a causative factor
in several types of cervical cancer. In order to be effective, the vaccine has to be administered before a girl becomes sexually active. There have been numerous attempts
