The purpose here is to assess the programs that exist and to make recommendations for the future. Chicago, a middle class neighborhood that has a wide range of incomes and ethnicities contained within it. At the 2000 census, there were 27,969 individuals living in the zip
code in 12,483 households. Median household income was $48,325 annually; annual per capita income was $25,722 (Income and Housing, 2006). The greatest number of individuals fell into three
