speech has many motivational strategies, logical strategies and structure, all of which will be discussed in this paper. GEORGE C. FRASER George Fraser gives one of the most eloquent
and motivating speeches of a lifetime in his speech of "Rebuilding the Extended Family..." In it he speaks of the problems that minority groups have being judged by their
color rather than their ability. But Fraser goes much beyond that clich?. He implores his audience to be the best that they can be, and to make a
statement by teaching by example. In other words, rather than accept the fact that people are going to judge your skin color, Fraser exclaims that by thinking outside of
that box, one can be any color they want - in their mind. They can just dress the part, act the part, be the part, and become whoever they
want to become. Fraser is motivating because he intersperses his speeches with "Amens" and makes no apologies that God plays a large part in his life. Fraser is, in
his own way, as motivating as Martin Luther King. Fraser is the Martin Luther King of the Business World one could say, because he strives to reach his audience
by telling them how they can become entrepreneurs without fear of their color holding them back. Fraser is one who is not afraid to say that what one thinks, one
becomes. If, for instance, one already feels they are beaten because of their race, then they will act the part whether consciously or not. If however one feels
that they are just as good as they can be, and expect to become the CEO of a corporation, well they will work toward that goal without thinking in terms
