                                                    paper summarizes and analyzes the novel in relationship to the clash of cultures.  Summary and Analysis 		The primary character of this novel is Obi Okonkwo, who is the grandson  
                                                
                                                    of the man in "Things Fall Apart." With Obi we see a young Nigerian man who has been educated in England and as such has a very different perspective than  
                                                
                                                    his grandfather did, and a very different perspective than his native "brothers." Obi is a man who, in many ways, is incapable of seeing how the different cultures will always  
                                                
                                                    clash. He is an idealist and an idealist who is all but incapable of understanding why he is regarded as less than a man due to his heritage.  		This
