have temporary accounts. An employee may be allocated group membership based ion the department they work for and the tasks they undertake. Different groups may have different requirements, with
the ability of some user accounts to belong to more than a single group. 3. Only individuals who are authorized to see different types of data should be able to
access that information, Different users will need access to different types and levels of data. The system will need to support different levels of access for different users; ensuring
that those who need access to the data can gain it, while the information is not accessible to those who are not authorized. 4. In any system there
will need to be a process to create new accounts. The system will need to provide a process where new accounts are only created for appropriate users with a protocol
