it seems as though Armstrong isnt offering a product so much as its offering a concept, one that includes faith-based thinking, integrity and honesty (Armstrong International, 2008). All that aside,
we can safely suggest that Armstrong offers hardware systems to assist with hot water, refrigeration, steam trapping and pump systems (Armstrong International, 2008). Well go one step further to narrow
this down, and stick to hot-water systems and refrigeration systems, as it will be easier to determine the environment. Armstrong International is
under the direction of CEO David M. Armstrong, who also doubles as a motivational speaker (Armstrong International, 2008). This is why determining what, exactly, this company offers to its market
is so difficult -- on the one hand, it seems as though its a feel-good company dedicated to folks who want to enjoy the good life. On the other side
of the coin is the companys actual products, namely the hot water heaters, steam traps and refrigeration units mentioned above. What isnt really known, however, is if Armstrong manufactures these
products on site, or if that manufacturing process is outsourced. After some poking around, it could likely be determined that Armstrong is the manufacturer, which sells its hardware both online
and through various retail representatives around the country and the rest of the world. Technically, Armstrong International could be supplying products and services to two areas -- mechanical, engineering and
