information on using this paper properly! Studying ANOVA and nonparametric tests reveals many key pieces of knowledge that are certain to be useful in statistically assessing complex scenarios in
which variance between more than two factors must be analyzed. While the t-test can and should be used in scenarios where the significance of the variance between two factors is
required, ANOVA has the capacity to determine the degree of variance between more than two items, which is important because otherwise the high number of t-tests required for more than
two items would introduce a greater possibility of calculation errors (College of St. Benedict and St. Johns University, 2010). ANOVA is not the only test useful in such situations, however.
It should be noted that ANOVA relies on the assumption of normality in the distributions of involved factors, but this is not a limitation of nonparametric testing: the Kruskal-Wallis test
is nonparametric and can be utilized in scenarios when normality cannot be established (CSBSJU, 2010). After nonparametric testing calculates variance, the F-test can be used to determine which factors demonstrate
a statistically significant variance (CSBSJU, 2010). This paragraph helps the student demonstrate how the concepts from the simulation might be used in another real life scenario. Having completed the
simulation on this topic from the course website, one is well equipped with a host of concepts and analytical tools that might be used in the workplace. For instance, just
as the test case in the simulation sought to determine what factors were responsible for the variance in product delivery, this is a scenario that might readily come up in
