a measure to debate the issue is the furthest health care reform has gotten through Congress ever since President Franklin Roosevelt attempted to address the issue in the 1940s.
Despite the rhetoric that the United State has the best health care system in the world, there are few people anywhere - in
government or in the general population - who arent convinced that the current health care system is in crisis and getting deeper. The problem, however, is that no one can
seem to agree on what to do to fix it. Once again, Obamas plan has gotten further than any of its predecessors. But is it the right plan?
