The company doesnt just deliver packages, however - it offers freight forwarding and logistics assistance through its UPS Supply Chain Solutions, and LTL (less than truckload) freight transportation
services through its UPS Ground Freight subsidiary (Anderson, 2009). Also part of UPS collection are UPS Mail (mail expediting), UPS Capital (financial services and franchiser Mail Boxes Etc. (Anderson, 2009).
