or actress, a support actor or actress, the set supervisor, the director, the publicist, the catering manager and the accountant. This is a wide mixture and by looking at the
role each of these plays and the attitudes, we can examine why this will be an explosive mixture. The lead actor or actress is likely to be self confident
and find it easy to express themselves, this is a trait that is part of the make up of the star of a play. To reach this position they are
likely to have had several years experience within the theatre which will increase the level of knowledge and experience they can draw on in any conversation regarding the theatre. They
are also likely to have the strength of character and enough confidence to be blunt, being unafraid of offending individuals. They are also likely to have strong views regarding the
current role they are playing as well as the theatre in general. There are several types of supporting actors or actress that are likely to be found. To provide contrast,
the gender of the second guest should be the opposite of the first guest. There will be several supporting roles from which to choose the actor. The ideal will be
an ambitious individual who also has experience, but does not see eye to eye with the leading actor/actress. This does not mean violent disagreement, these may be conflicting views over
