capabilities might be utilized to achieve the objectives in question. Moreover, the effective commander will consider how different service capabilities can be utilized to synergistic effect, achieving the maximum result
with the least expenditure of resources. This paper will cover the principles of force capability in the context of strategic planning, making use of a hypothetical conflict in the Gulf
of Thailand. This paragraph helps the student give an assessment of the scenario at the heart of the paper. In order to make effective decisions about force capabilities, one
must understand the nature of the conflict and the desired objectives. In this case, the issue is Myanmar making aggressive movements against Thailand. Specifically, Thailand was forced to relocate many
