the employment world we see the struggles continue with women pushing for the same positions that men have, although they are more often than not paid less. The gender roles
we, as human beings, have assumed, have arrived in the 21st century and served to confuse us, inciting us to ask if we would be better off without gender roles.
Now, it should be understood that the elimination of gender roles does not mean that women would cease to be feminine, or that men would cease to be masculine, according
to common definitions. What it means is that there would be no presumed gender roles. Both men and women could take care of children without stigma of any kind. Both
men and women could receive the same treatment in the military and in the employment world. Bearing these realities in mind we present the following paper which presents an examination
of a society wherein there were not gender roles. The paper then presents an examination of whether such a society would be better than our present one. A
Society Without Gender Roles The student should note, first and foremost, that this paper is intended to assist them in their understanding of the subject, and to assist them in
