This was located near a population centre and the resulting explosion has harmed not only the environment but had a high cost on property in the area and created a
potentially high liability for BP; the owner of the site (Davies, 2006). The development of the site just north of Port Wooldridge is located in an area near
the sea, and it may be assumed that this is also giving access to any required pipelines. However, it is outside of the town area, and south of a special
site of scientific interest, nearby there are a number if areas in need of redevelopment or indicative of former heavy industry and potential clean up needs. This report will look
at the different aspects that need to be considered and the way that these may impact on the placement of the company in this area including the environmental aspects. The
paper will start with a general overview of the area and then apply the relevant aspects of the development to that area. 2. General Background to the Plan To
consider any site and the environmental impacts have to be considered. This is not only the landscape and wildlife, but we can also consider the impact on the human and
