look at the market at the current time there are many frozen dessert, there are fruit sorbets or water ices and chocolate ice cream. The benefit of the sorbets is

fat and it is possible to keep the sugar levels down. This means it will appeal to a wide range of dessert eaters.
The product is to be packaged in two sizes, the individual portion size and the 500 ml size to match the current luxury lice cream and sorbet sizes. However,
we will also offer several variations as chocolate alone would be too weak a flavour and may not be supported alone with the egg white base and be sufficiently differentiated
to be seen as original, although there s no chocolate sorbet on the market at the current time. There will be three
variations, chocolate and cherry; this will have not only a cherry flavour, but also pieces of cherries within the sorbet. The second will be chocolate orange, this is a classical
