the feasibility of an information system at a multi-facility regional hospital. The purpose of the system will be to collect and share patient medical history information among the many hospital
centers and departments. Some of the challenges faced in this scenario are that most of the patient information is on paper, which
is stored separately at each facility. While each department and division has its own information system, the systems dont talk to one another.
Then there is the challenge of the committee to which this will be presented. Though knowledgeable about medical techniques, the members have limited experience with and understanding of information
systems and data bases. Following is what could be a feasible paper/presentation for the person who must disseminate the information. For presentation
