There needs to be a basic approach, this to determine what training is needed by whom, and then to design training suitable that need, with various aspects and then reinforce
that training to ensure it is continuing. The first issue to tackle when training is to make all individuals feel involved and
valued. If a training course is undertaken by someone it is important they do not enter into the process feeling as if they are being trained because they are a
failure. It may be started with a meeting such as brainstorming. Employee may feel empowered by the situation if they are asked for suggestions on ways of improving the current
service and speeds. This will probably initiate similar conversations which can be utilised for ideas and lead into more formalised training session.
Confidential questionnaires can be used to establish how confident individuals are on the different aspects of their jobs, and training can be directed with these weaknesses in mind. Therefore those
who feel they lack the ability to deal with awkward customers can receive training with this in mind whilst those who feel that product knowledge is lacking may benefit from
reinforcement of this. The most important factor at this stage is that the employees accept the need for change. These are
