it to be but the truth is the majority expresses mediocrity. It would have to be inherent in the definition. After all, if one takes an average, or a median
in measuring intelligence, there would have to be people who lie smack in the middle. This is the mediocrity I am talking about. Not everyone can be good leaders or
be intelligent. The vast majority cannot be at the top of their game and it is only people who are at the top in terms of intelligence who should rule.
Do I think princes are always at the top? It would seem to be the case. Again, it sounds arrogant, but it is the mere truth. Not only do princes
likely possess innate intelligence, as it is in part biological, but also that they have the wherewithal to do something to help the people. They have been raised to do
good and they have been raised with the power all of their lives. They were bred to lead. In part, the skill is learned and so, it is better to
rely on princes to make decisions than to allow the people to make their own under the guise of the democratic ideal. Of course, many will argue with this precept,
suggesting that the people should rule regardless. Yet, I believe that the people would make far too many mistakes if they are not led by a stellar monarch. It is
only through good leadership that the people will thrive. My ideas are the antithesis of the ideas to come from Mores Utopia. In the first book, for example, he talks
about monarchs that he met in addition to ordinary people. He writes about one individual and the characteristics of one man who had a high reputation: "No man is more
