This study outlines the basic views of programming and training in medical technology, specifically referencing 4+1, 3+1 and 2+2 curriculum plans. This study compares the outcomes of these curriculum plans in terms of the pass-rates on the national certification examination. This study incorporates a questionnaire survey and the outcomes of the national certification examination for graduate subjects who have participated in 4+1, 3+1 and 2+2 curriculum plans. The outcomes of this study are linked to existing views in the current literature regarding the nature of medical technology, the nature of training and educational programs and the impacts of preprofessional and professional training curricular developments.
