The following is a business analysis for the production of specialized off road
vehicle tires for Pacific Star Corporation. This analysis has taken all aspects of the current market costs, expenses, and material prices into consideration and formulated simple tables showing these
figures. By reviewing the following you will find a comprehensive plan for production can be pursued and managed to obtain the maximum profit margin. The proposals contained herein
are for a average order of 2000 tires per week with a standard deviation of 100 tires per week and a three year contract consisting of 156 weeks of production.
The agreed purchase price for the tires produced will be $25 per tire for the remainder of the contract. The standard deviation has been considered as an equal
plus and minus to the order and will be worked out in the time allotted to maintain an average weekly production of 2000 tires.
The proposal for tire production for 156 weeks at 2000 tires per week would equal 312,000 tires, which is an optimal goal. However, 156 weeks at 1800 tires
