the level of student learning. 2. Stakeholders There are a number of stakeholders that should be considered. The primary stakeholders include the students and the teachers. The students attend
school to learn, the learning is not limited to facts and figures, but to also the development of transferable skills, social learning and general personal development. These different elements of
learning are all interactive, as such the school should be supporting a culture where learning is encouraged and is enjoyable to aid withy the learning. The students may also benefit
not only form learning lessons, but also learning how to learn and synthesize information. The teachers are the primary stakeholder in achieving the education of the students, it has
been stated "What teachers know, do, expect and value has a significant influence on the nature, extent and rate of student learning. The powerful phrase teachers make the difference captures
the key role that professional educators play in shaping the lives and futures of their students" (ACE, 2003). The role of the teachers is important to the way that the
education is delivered. However, this should not be the only consideration the teachers themselves need to have sufficient resources and support in order to achieve this objective, there is individual
